DELIVERIES
Nambour Florist can offer Same Day Deliveries to all major Cities and Centres throughout Australia.
Nambour Florist is open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 8.30pm to 4pm on Saturday (public holidays excepted).
We deliver same day Sunshine Coast wide between the hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Saturday. All orders must be received by 2pm AEST (11.00am Saturdays) but feel free to call us for local deliveries as we pride ourselves on a quick delivery turn around. We use only florist friendly couriers as they know how to care for flowers in transit which means our recipients receive the floral arrangements in the same condition that they leave our store.
Note: A greater choice of flowers may be available if ordered the day before delivery is required.
Our membership of Teleflora and affiliates we work closely with ensure we are able to organise delivery anywhere in Australia and throughout the World. We have many affiliates in all the major cities and centres in Australia that we work personally with.
In order for us to guarantee same day delivery in Australia, we must receive your order by 2pm (AEST).
Specific time deliveries
We can fulfill specific am or pm deliveries on request. This may sometimes incur an additional fee as another courier may need to be organised in order to meet your needs, we will be happy to help where we can.
If the recipient is not home
If the recipient is not home we will leave the flowers at the front or back door providing it is safe to do so, (unless otherwise instructed in the order). If the delivery cannot be successfully completed, a calling card will be left asking them to call us to arrange another delivery time or collection. Please note, in the event of re-delivery, a further charge may be made. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate delivery details at the time of ordering. If the flowers are delivered to an incorrectly given address and not recovered, Nambour Florist cannot accept responsibility for such a loss.
We pride ourselves on Customer Service and will always endeavour to do our very best to satisfy your request.
PRIVACY POLICY
Nambour Florist values our clients and their rights to privacy. Use of your personal information is intended to offer better customer service and to improve communications such as:-
- Processing our customers order(s)
- Alerting customers of special offers and memorable dates
- Providing confirmation of order and/or advising of any changes to our customers order
- Details of orders for our accounting obligations
- Responding to comments or complaints from our customers
We do recommend our customers subscribe to our newsletter. We may e-mail you with details of offers, competitions, news etc. If you no longer wish to remain a subscriber, you can at any time, request removal of your details from our system.
Disclosure of information
Under no circumstances will Nambour Florist sell or receive payments or services for disclosing customer's personal information. Unless we are required by law to disclose such information we will not disclose personal information that may be given to us to any organisation or person outside of the company.
REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours and we will replace them for you (please note that care instructions must be followed in order for the guarantee to be valid). If we are unable to provide your flowers or accommodate your delivery request we will contact you to advise of this and re-schedule the order if possible.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- In order for us to process your order, we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, billing address, delivery address and payment details.
- If you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed. Please do not hesitate to contact us on (07) 5441 3611 even if you are unsure of what has been ordered or by emailing sales@nambourflorist.com.au
- Orders will not be sent until payment in full has been received.
- You are obliged to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect we will attempt to redeliver but this will be at the customers expense.
- We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time although we will make every attempt to fulfil your request.
- As Nambour Florist is closed on Sundays (except Mothers Day) & Public Holidays, we will deliver your gift on the previous or next business day.
- We will attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing although some of the arrangements will be subject to availability and seasonal variations.
- All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
